Create an account with your email and a password, then tick "I confirm I am 18 or older" and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. The product catalogue is only visible to signed-in adults.
We don't collect your date of birth or ID number. Age is checked again, in person, at the door.
Browse devices, pods, e-liquids and accessories from our partner shops. Every listing shows its nicotine strength, the price in ZAR and a health warning. Add items to your cart.
Enter your name, cell number and delivery address once (we remember them next time). You see the items, the delivery fee and the total in ZAR before paying.
Tap Pay by card and you are taken to Paystack's secure payment page. We accept debit and credit cards only. Your card details go straight to Paystack and are never seen or stored by VapeDash.
Once you've paid, a VapeDash driver accepts your order, collects it from the partner shop and heads to you. Follow the driver on a live map with an estimated arrival time.
Delivery: a flat R35, free when your basket is R400 or more, or on every order with VapeDash Plus (R49/month). It is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay; there is no service fee or small-order fee. Our drivers are paid per kilometre driven.
At handover, the driver confirms the customer appears to be 18 or older and may ask to see ID. If the customer appears to be under 18, can't show ID when asked, or no adult is there, the driver refuses delivery in the app. The order goes back to the hub and you are refunded in full.

Card payments, handled by Paystack
Card only
Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. No cash on delivery, no EFT, no payment to drivers.
Secure
Payment is made on Paystack's hosted page, with your bank's extra verification (such as 3D Secure) where required. This website never takes payment.
VapeDash Plus, R49/month
Free delivery on every order. Billed monthly by card via Paystack, cancel any time. Without Plus, delivery is R35 and free over R400.
Clear refunds
Cancel before a driver accepts, or if we can't hand over because of the age check, and the full amount goes back to your card. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
Common questions
Because selling to under-18s is prohibited and we take it seriously. The sign-up confirmation keeps the service adults-only; the driver's check at handover makes sure the person receiving the order is an adult. See our Responsible Sale & Age Policy.

A flat R35 anywhere in our Nelspruit service area, and free when your basket is R400 or more. There is no service fee and no small-order fee, and the delivery fee is always shown before you pay. Use the estimator on this site to see your total.
VapeDash Plus is an optional subscription for R49 a month that gives you free delivery on every order, whatever the basket size. It is billed monthly by card through Paystack and you can cancel any time; you keep free delivery until the end of the month you paid for. Plus is coming in the app.
Yes. You earn 1 loyalty point for every R10 you spend on products once an order is delivered. Points are tracked in your profile, and ways to spend them are coming soon.
Each partner shop sets its own price for the items it lists. The price you see when you order is the price you pay.
